This story is both sad and happy. It’s very unfortunate when people lose their life partner. I can’t imagine. However, as time goes on and patients are ready to start a new chapter in their life, it is great that tubal reversal surgery is an option for people who want more children.

It’s good to know that this patient was given another option other than IVF. It saddens me to hear when women are pushed towards IVF and/or have had unsuccessful attempts and only then find that tubal reversal was their best option.

When a patient comes to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center who has been referred by another doctor perhaps in another state, it is a true vote of confidence that Dr. Berger and Dr. Monteith are the best in the field.

Tubal ligation reversal definitely has a higher success rate that IVF does, and Dr. Berger has more experience in untying tubes than anyone else. It does seem like more and more patients are coming in with referrals from their doctors.

The blessings of this job are multifaceted. Getting to know each patient in our small private setting is one of them.

This women was VERY fortunate to have her physician recommend tubal reversal surgery. Many infertility clinics only suggest IVF. Tubal reversal gives women the most options regarding giving birth. Thankfully tubal reversal surgery is gaining recognition for its success.

Great story. I always enjoy hearing the stories of what brings patients to Chapel Hill Tubal Reveresal Center. I think that each one has it own uniqueness and it is great to be a part of it. Most of the couples who come to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center learn about us on the internet and from reading our detailed website about tubal ligation reversal. An increasing number of patients come on referral from their doctor, as in this case, and increasing numbers are also coming here because of post tubal ligation symptoms.
