Thanks for sharing your story. I married and had my 3 children very young. I had my tubes ligated and cauterized after the birth of my 3rd child at 21 years old. I am very upset that tubal clips were not even mentioned and even more upset that I have heavy painful menstruation. The pain is like moderate labor contractions. Now I'm 32 remarried and would love to have another child. I am seriously considering a Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal.

Thank you for sharing your story. I live in the Seattle area as well and the cost for the procedure is outreagous. I can’t believe the insurance company opted to pay for a hysterectomy. i’m so glad I made the decision to have TR surgery.

I’m 27 year’s old and I had my tubal ligation five years ago after my third child, but almost three months ago I started having problems with my menstrual cycle (late periods) and also not wanting to have sexual intercourse with my loving husband. I’m starting to worried because I was a really different women.
And I just wanted to know what can I do?

It’s encouraging to see that your OB/Gyn doctor and your family physician were supportive in your search for the best tubal reversal doctor.
