		<description>Thanks for sharing your experiences following surgery.  One suggestion is always using good handwashing with incision care as well as cleaning the instruments used to clip the knots with soap or alcohol. This should help prevent any infection.</description>

 Sounds like you are doing much better and you are well on your way. I think being tired is to be expected and you were nervous before the surgery. As far as being emotional...sounds like those hormones are kicking in :). Best of luck to you and please keep us informed!
