I am glad to hear that are interested in tubal reversal surgery at our facility! We do not have a waiting list and we typically schedule appointments about 4-6 weeks in advance. You can schedule your surgery at any time – you do not need to wait until we have reviewed your tubal ligation records. We do not have to have your records to schedule surgery. However, one way to help determine what your success rate may be is with the operative report from your tubal ligation. This report can be obtained from the doctor who performed the surgery or from the medical records department of the hospital where your procedure was performed.
