Hi Shelia,
On average it can take 9-12 months to get pregnant. If you have been trying to conceive for the past 2 years and have had a tubal ligation then it is understandable that you have not yet conceived. A tubal ligation is a sterilization procedure and will prevent the posibility of fertilization. We would be glad to help you reverse your tubal ligation so that you can have the opportunity to conceive again.

Another great article, Dr. Monteith. As you mentioned, there are many factors that influence the choice of tubal surgery over IVF. AT CHTRC, you are welcome no matter what!

Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal patients not only benefit from the expertise of Dr Berger and Monteith, but also from the opportunity to try to become pregnant every month.

Thanks for another excellent explanation of the advantages of tubal reversal surgery over IVF for most women. The actual data on pregnancy rates at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal patients is especially valuable.
