Susan is a 40 year old international patient who traveled from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center for tubal ligation reversal in December of 2008. Susan opted to not have her tubes untied in the UAE or the United Kingdom.
