Waiting for My TR
Waiting for the tubal reversal surgery brought on much anxiety. It was a rather long wait for me and my husband and son, Harry and Ian, too. But, I can not begin to explain the amount of help that Dr. Berger and all his staff were for me, in helping me to relax and get through the wait. When the day came to leave for the drive to North Carolina, I am not even sure I thought life was real, that this was really about to happen. I had to work the day we were supposed to leave for North Carolina. I thought the day would never end. All of my coworkers knew I was having surgery and wouldn’t be back for a week. A few asked me questions, I tried not to think too much about the surgery because I was very nervous about it. My boss left halfway through the day to go pick up some things for the office. I was glad for the small break to mentally regroup to get through the rest of the day.
