Is Essure Permanent? Not When You See Dr. Monteith – Testimonial #1585

“I was told that the Essure procedure is permanent.”

Posted 23rd February, 2014

We want to thank Dr. Monteith for doing the surgery.

We would also like to thank all the staff for being so nice and experienced.

For women considering Essure reversal: I was told by the doctor that did the Essure procedure that it is permanent and is not able to be reversed/removed.

We were referred to the A Personal Choice by friends where we met Dr. Monteith and his staff. Going into this we knew there was only a 50% chance of conceiving after reversal. After having a dye test done to determine the success of reversal we found out that only one of my tubes had healed open. Good thing you only need one tube to become pregnant. Just five months after the surgery we found out we were pregnant.

Jayce is my first son (Essure Reversal baby) and I have 2 girls (14,9) from a previous relationship. My boyfriend and myself are so thankful for our beautiful son (Jayce) that we have been blessed with.

Thanks to Dr. Monteith and his staff.
