I am having my TR on Monday, June 25.
I had my BTL in 1994.
Occording to my surgical and pathology reports, I had a Modified Pomeroy BTL with 2.3cm taken out of my right falopian tube and 1.7cm taken out of my left falopian tube.
I'm curious to see resulting tube lengths of you ladies, already on the other side, who had the same type of BTL as me.
Who has already had TR, that had a Modified Pomeroy BTL?
How much was taken out or your tubes for the BTL?
What are your tube lengths after TR?
Thank you for your info., it will give me tons of reassurance.

I had a Pomeroy but dont know if it was modified or not.Report said they only took 1 cm on each side but they obviously took more than that, my lengths after TR were 3.5 and 4.5......Jessie

I had the modified pomeroy(BTL), but Dr B's office classified it as a lig/res on the pregnancy reports. My report said I doesn't say how much was taken. But on my report from Dr B. he had written how much was on each side after cleaning up any adhesions and put together, for both sides. I had 4.0 and 4.5

I got pregnant a couple weeks ago and I just had a early miscarriage at 6 weeks.
I have known another lady who had 2.0 and 2.5 (I believe) and she had her baby on St Patricks day with the pomeroy TL.
Karen PS remember that CH does list pomeroy TL's as lit/res. They did for both me and the lady who has had her baby. We both had our TR's in Sept.

I had the pomery method, report stated 2cm's were taken off each side. After my T.R in Dec. 06, I have 3.0 and 3.5, tube lenghts. I was listed on the pregnancy report last week as lig./res. I was # 1 on last weeks list. I am now 5.5weeks pregnant. Good Luck!!

I too had the pomeroy TL done in 2002- I had my Tr March 9th, 2007- No bfp's yet- but I am hopeful still!
my lenghts were 5.5 and 5.0 You will LOVE Dr. Berger and his staff they were the best! No regrets what so ever!!! Good Luck and Best wishes!!! Lots of Love,

Hi Ronda..I had the modified Pomory in 2000 and in my report it states they took 3cm.from each side..so needless to say I was freaking out,,but of course for no reason..I ended up with 4.0 on each side..

RondaK: I had Pomeroy TL. I had TR 12/01/06 with 4 and 6 lengths. Am currently 19 weeks, and due in Nov. Good luck to you!!

I had the Pomery also not sure if modified or not and I don't know how much they removed. After my TR on May 18th I came out with 9.5 on right side and 8 on the left side.

Ronda ~ I had a modified pomeroy and they took .01 cm off each side and i had left after tr 6 cm on my left and 5 cm on my right and i have had one bfp since tr but ended in misscarriage from low prog.

That is great Rhonda. I didn't mention in mine but I had 4.0 and 4.5. Now go get that fast BFP.

Hi all.
I didn't mention before that my right tube (3.5cm) had to be transplanted into my uterus, because the portion of tube remaining there wasn't in very good condition.
Has anyone else had this and gotten a BFP?
