Getting Started - An Overview
1. Call For A Free Phone Consultation.
We can help you determine if you are a candidate for tubal reversal surgery, talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. We are available 7 days a week. Call (919) 968-4656
2. Schedule your tubal reversal surgery.
Contact Us Here to schedule your surgery.
3. Complete the registration forms.
The day that you schedule your appointment, a nurse will e-mail you a confirmation letter, a Patient Responsibility Statement, What To Expect brochure, Medical/Anesthesia History Form and Registration Packet. This information is designed to educate and prepare you for the reversal process. The signature pages of these documents should be signed and sent back to our office.
4. Obtain the pre-operative lab testing.
Your local doctor can perform the required pre-operative lab tests for you or we can fax an order from one of our doctors directly to a lab in your area. The results need to be faxed to our office.
5. Anesthesia pre-operative phone consultation.
An anesthesiologist will contact you within a week of scheduling your appointment. During this phone consultation, the anesthesiologist will review your health and anesthesia history.
6. Make hotel and travel arrangements.
All of the women who come to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center for surgery stay at The Residence Inn of Chapel Hill the night prior to surgery. The hotel offers a discount for our patients and also offers a free shuttle service between the hotel and the Center, restaurants and shopping.
7. Your operation.
The one hour operation results in comfort, fast recovery, and avoids the need for hospitalization.
