There isn’t a thing I can say that hasn’t been said to you, but I do want you to know how much I appreciate you and your staff for what you’ve done for me. That was an experience I’ll never forget, and what a shame other medical facilities aren’t run the way yours is. You’ve given me a shot at something I never dreamed was a possibility, according to others I’ve spoken to, so no matter what happens, you are valued very much by all of us.
