I am so thrilled to finally have a positive test. I have an appointment for serum blood tests today, Wednesday and Friday to check my levels and then to hopefully do Ultrasound. This will be the 1st baby for my husband and 5th for me. I have not told my husband yet because I want to be 100% sure that the pregnancy is in the uterus and not the tubes and that all looks good so far, before I tell him. I am hoping to surprise him with the blessed news on Father’s Day because I should have everything confirmed by then. I will keep you posted with all the results as I find them out. I was about to give up hope after almost a year of trying but then the great Lord above gave us a miracle.

More Information on Husband’s First baby
My Dr. just called to let me know that my 3rd BHCG level was only 20-21 so only up 3 pts. in two days. I started bleeding this afternoon as well and am cramping very bad. He said it appears as though I am miscarrying this pregnancy and wants me to repeat a home pregnancy test next Thursday to confirm. I am sad that I am losing this child so early on but grateful to know that I am able to conceive again. I will continue trying until the Lord above graces us with a full term pregnancy and a healthy baby. Thank you for everything so far. If anything changes I will update again. God Bless.
I have just heard from my doctor about my 2 blood draws for my BHCG. My first level was only 17 and two days later it only went to 18. They have me getting another one done tomorrow but said there could be two reasons for such a low count. (1) it is two early to read properly or (2) it is not a viable pregnancy and my body is possibly preparing for a miscarriage. PLEASE everyone pray it is #1. Thanks for your prayers Jessica.
Patricia you will be in my prayers. I myself is in the same situationI have four children and my husband has none. We just recently suffered our first misscarige. It was devitating to me and him but we have faith in the god that everything will be alright and for you as well patricia!!!!
