I had my TR over 3 years ago. I’ve had several early losses, 1 E/P and finally decided to go down the IVF route. I went through 1 IVF fresh cycle, and 2 FET, getting pregnant each time and finally with the last frozen transfer we got my beautiful baby girl Addison who just turned 1 year old last month. I am still BF’ing her and wasn’t even sure I was ovulating. My betas are as follows: 11dpo 31, 13dpo 59, 16dpo 193, 19dpo 720.

Thank you Dr. Berger and staff for giving me this opportunity to possibly have another child. I honestly didn’t think it was possible and was planning on trying one more frozen transfer. I am praying hard that we won’t have to go down that road again and this little one will stay tucked in here safe.

Dr. Berger -

I believe my tubal reversal was performed in January 2007. Approximately, 3 months later I had a tubal pregnancy. My right tube became completely blocked and deformed, and there was a lot of adhesion. Approximately 1 year later, after unsuccessfully trying to conceive naturally, my husband and I tried artificial insemination to see if the one unblocked tube would work. When this didn’t work, the doctor recommended IVF. We became pregnant with triplets on our first try (now 9 months old).

MUCH to my surprise, my husband and I are now 6+ weeks pregnant, naturally. Although we are thoroughly surprised, we feel truly blessed and are thankful for all of the help that Dr. Berger and his staff provided. We also wanted to make sure that we shared our success story so that others don’t lose hope.

Dr. Monteith, Thank you so much for this opportunity.  I failed  IVF because they said I was not fertile enough but your tubal reversal proved them wrong! The ultrasound showed a perfect sac and Hcg is doing what it should. Thank you so much. I never thought it would happen so soon or without medication. Your office is wonderful!

Monday, June 01,  Dr. Berger I’m going to see the GP today – see if I can get them to start the monitoring procedure. Have sourced somewhere for a private early scan, if they won’t follow procedure on the NHS. When would be the best time to get a viability scan done if I can’t get the blood work done? I’m not getting too excited about all this yet, having been told by consultants earlier this year that I was peri menopausal and my best bet was IVF (which we decided against). Here’s hoping, and I’ll let you know how things go.

Tuesday, June 02,  Baby is fine. All the right places and sizes, matches due date etc and lovely strong heartbeat, Gestational sac = 27.7 mm, GSD volume = 7.0 ml, CRL = 8.2 mm.
