I thank you for your kindness and the blessing you have given me. I am pregnant with a little girl which brings tears to my eyes. I am having a normal pregnancy and am scheduled for a c-section December 21st, 2009.

I had my first appointment with the midwife today October 23, 2009. They drew blood to test my Hcg levels and I will return again on Monday for more. I wanted to share with you that we are in fact pregnant!

Dear Dr. Berger -

Our pregnancy has progressed with no complications and are very excited. Both mom and baby are doing well. We are going in Monday morning on October 26 for Barbara’s C-section. We had our last doctor’s visit yesterday and all went great. We still don’t know what sex the baby will be but we will let you know ASAP after the birth. I just got back from Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center yesterday, and I must say that the whole experience exceeded my expectations. When I got there I was suffering from nervousness and “cold feet”, but that changed. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff all knowledgeable and very personable. Everything went very smoothly, and afterwards I felt such peace, knowing I had come to the right place.

Dr. Berger runs a tight ship! He has worked hard to make sure you get the best experience possible. I never would have been treated so kindly in a hospital. I especially liked that we stayed at the Sheraton, a far cry from a hospital-type experience. In less than 48 hours I was on my way home, and now I am here, in a minimal amount of pain, from which I expect to recover quickly if I take it easy for a few days. So, to anyone who is waiting and may be a little nervous, I just want to tell you that I had a good experience!

Everyone at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center made both my husband and me feel comfortable, safe and positive that we made the right choice from the moment we got there. Pam was wonderful during the prep. She had us laughing when I was so nervous I could cry. She called numerous times over the weekend and at night to check on me when my throat became a problem.
