Thursday, October 15th, 2009 Dr. Berger -
I believe my tubal reversal was performed in January 2007. Approximately, 3 months later I had a tubal pregnancy. My right tube became completely blocked and deformed, and there was a lot of adhesion. Approximately 1 year later, after unsuccessfully trying to conceive naturally, my husband and I tried artificial insemination to see if the one unblocked tube would work. When this didn’t work, the doctor recommended IVF. We became pregnant with triplets on our first try (now 9 months old).
MUCH to my surprise, my husband and I are now 6+ weeks pregnant, naturally. Although we are thoroughly surprised, we feel truly blessed and are thankful for all of the help that Dr. Berger and his staff provided. We also wanted to make sure that we shared our success story so that others don’t lose hope.
Date of your tubal reversal: January 2007

I’m excited to report that I’m 5 weeks pregnant and everything is in the right place. I’ve already seen a doctor and had an ultrasound. My husband and I are very excited and can’t thank you and your staff enough.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 I was so incredibly shocked by our TR baby Number 3 that I am not sure if I let you know months ago that we are expecting yet again!! My first two TR babies were a miracle, but this one is even more so. My husband and I were all set, as we already have four children. I was on the pill and still ended up with baby number 5!!
We will keep you posted as we are in labor right now as we speak!!
Thanks again,

Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 Dr. Berger,
I just wanted to update you on my status – I am pregnant again. I had no plans on conceiving until after my September 25th cycle. Well, on September 25th, I had very light spotting and very light spotting on Saturday. Towards the afternoon on Saturday and towards Sunday, there was nothing to be seen. I decided to run a pregnant test on the 27th. It was a very, very, very light positive but it was there! I tested again on the 29th and the 30th, which all turned out to be a darker positive. I go for my 1st HCG blood draw today.
Thanks to you and your staff BUT ESPECIALLY YOU, because you are the man with the hands…. smile….. I am able to conceive! I thank you so, so much and I hope and pray that this pregnancy is a happy healthy 9 month pregnancy. Thank you again!

Thank you,
T.B.

Thursday, October 1st, 2009 I just took the home pregnancy test this morning, and it was positive. I went for bloodwork this afternoon to have my HCG levels checked, and I should find out from the doctor tomorrow what they are. I had a miscarriage in mid July, so we have to make sure that the hormones are going up. Fingers crossed…. I will contact you either way!

Possible To Get Pregnant
Unfortunately, I miscarried this baby. My HCG levels went down drastically. My doctor told me that I can try again in 2 months. I have hope that I can get pregnant again. I know that it was definitely a uterine pregnancy, so more than likely the next one will be too. I am so grateful to you and your staff, to make it possible for me to even get pregnant. I can not thank you enough, and I will keep you posted on what happens in the future.

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009 Dr. Monteith, your surgery was a success!!! I was a patient of yours last September 19th 2008. It is September 22 2009 and now I am 5 weeks pregnant! I had blood work done at my OB GYN yesterday and I have an appointment tomorrow. They may do a sonogram. I started Clomid in August because I was getting nervous with my 1 year mark almost up…. and BOOM. We are very excited! Thanks Dr. Monteith.

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 I had my tubes reversed when I was 39. I am 41 now and 17 weeks pregnant with a little boy. We had given up hope. The HSG performed 14 months ago was said to show blocked tubes. Well, against the odds if happened. I guess there are greater powers at work out there. I have been a nurse for 15 years now and have been able to help many people, and I just wanted you to know I am thankful for your help.

Saturday, September 12th, 2009 I just want to say that having this tubal reversal was the best thing that I ever did. I have one baby Kendrick 1yr old and now I am pregnant with my second tubal reversal baby. Don’t give up hope. I had a miscarriage after my reversal, but it seems to be pretty common that the first time you become pregnant after a reversal this occurs.
