Hi Susie Clark, RN – You were my nurse on October 28th of this year. I just wanted to thank you for your excellent care.

In the past, I had gone to nursing school but changed my career path because I simply could not emotionally handle the stresses involved with nursing. Nonetheless, I learned a whole lot about the standards for nursing care, which I had never entirely seen in practice (even during my clinicals at a magnet hospital). However, the care that you provided was exceptional, and I’m very fortunate for having been your patient. Your gentleness and kindness speak volumes about your character, and I just want you to know how wonderful my husband and I think you are!

As a side note, my husband and I are not yet trying to conceive. I’m trying to drop 20 lbs first because I’m overweight and tend to gain a lot during pregnancy. Also, we are both finishing up our degrees, so we are simply trying to time the pregnancy right so that when our new baby arrives, we don’t have the extra school responsibility to contend with.

I am happy to inform you that with in 24-48 hours after my tubal reversal, I am feeling fine and I have gone from a woman who suffered daily from PTLS to a woman who has had no symptoms since (knock on wood). Everyone at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center made both my husband and me feel comfortable, safe and positive that we made the right choice from the moment we got there.
