I had my ultrasound today and all is well. I am 5 weeks, 3 days and there is a sac inside of the uterus with something beginning to develop. The doctor there said he will never forget us because I’m the only patient he has that has had a tubal reversal.
My husband and I are very hopeful that everything will work out this time. I feel great. Thanks!

Our pregnancy has progressed with no complications and are very excited. Both mom and baby are doing well. We are going in Monday morning on October 26 for Barbara’s C-section. We had our last doctor’s visit yesterday and all went great. We still don’t know what sex the baby will be but we will let you know ASAP after the birth. Just wanted to let you all know now because I couldn’t wait until 20 weeks ! I went and had an ultrasound and we are having a girl. She was moving like crazy we almost didn’t get to see her sex because she kept pulling her legs up and crossing them. She cracks me up already. Dr. Monteith, I had a positive test yesterday so I went in to have my HCG levels checked and they were at 3288. Had an ultrasound just about an hour ago they say everything looks good. Thank you again for giving my husband and I a chance at being parents again.

Everyone at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would like to complement the RN who did my vaginal ultrasound. A local diagnostic center performed one on me approximately a month before, and it was extremely painful. It was several hours after my local vaginal ultrasound before I could comfortably sit down, and I bled afterward. When I had the vaginal ultrasound at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center, I did not experience any pain or bleeding!! I truly am grateful to the nurse who performed it.

Dr. Monteith we went to the doctor’s on the same day we had positive on home pregnancy test HCG level was 27 did ultrasound way to early to see anything, went back two days later had another HCG which was at 70…. will go back on 8/5/09 to have another HCG and ultrasound.

Thank you Dr. Monteith and staff for the excellent care you provided us. My husband and I are very pleased to be expecting our first Monteith miracle! I had a blood draw on Monday (7/27) to confirm the digital hpt results, they came back today with a positive! I go tomorrow for another blood draw to make sure the hcg is multiplying as it should, then we will be scheduling the ultrasound! Thanks again for all you do, I would recommend Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center to anyone!

I miscarried early April after a lot of spotting/bleeding. This time no complications. Had 1st ultrasound at 5 weeks pregnant on June 29th. Everything looks good. I go back on July 7th for another ultrasound to
see if the yolk sac is visible.
