Monday, January 25th, 2010 The verdict is in, it is in the uterus. I am four weeks and six days as of today. We are very excited. I was wondering if this is any kind of a record for your office… I had my surgery on 10 Nov 2009 and I am five weeks pregnant tomorrow. I ask because everyone in the medical field is commenting on how quickly we got pregnant after the reversal ligation surgery. Well, thank you for everything.

Thursday, January 21st, 2010 Dr. Monteith, we didn’t think we would become pregnant so soon after tubal reversal! We go to the doctor 01/25/2010 for a vaginal ultrasound to visually confirm a viable fetus.

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010 According to my ob/gyn I conceived right after I lost the last pregnancy. I have had an ultrasound done and we could see the baby! I heard the heart beating and even saw it on the screen. It was amazing! Thank you Dr. Monteith! My doctor said that this baby is strong and my hcg was really high, compared to the last pregnancy which hardly doubled.

Saturday, November 21st, 2009 My last period was in October but after having a regular period I started bleeding again. With the bleeding I was also having right lower abdominal pain. I stopped bleeding on Nov 18th but was still having pain so I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I talked to one of your tubal reversal nurses on call about the situation and ended up going to the ER. They drew an HCG level and did an ultrasound. The doctor stated that everything looked OK and I have an appointment tomorrow to see a new Ob/Gyn doctor. So, hopefully all will be OK.
Your staff at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center have been so supportive and reassuring. I just want them to know that I appreciate all that they have done.

Friday, November 6th, 2009 I had an ultrasound on 11-03-2009 and we saw the heartbeat and it was awesome, we still don’t have a due date. I have to have an ultrasound every week until my doctor is able to measure and make sure everything looks good so I will be going back next week to see what has developed and I will let you know, also I wanted to say Dr. Monteith thanks you to you and your staff so very much.

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009 I had my ultrasound today and all is well. I am 5 weeks, 3 days and there is a sac inside of the uterus with something beginning to develop. The doctor there said he will never forget us because I’m the only patient he has that has had a tubal reversal.
My husband and I are very hopeful that everything will work out this time. I feel great. Thanks!
