I am going to see my OB-GYN on 11-12- 09. My husband did the BHCG test, on Friday the 6th, and it was 81. We will repeat the same test on 11-10-09 and again on the 12th. We are crossing our fingers.

I had my ultrasound today and all is well. I am 5 weeks, 3 days and there is a sac inside of the uterus with something beginning to develop. The doctor there said he will never forget us because I’m the only patient he has that has had a tubal reversal.

Everyone at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center made both my husband and me feel comfortable, safe and positive that we made the right choice from the moment we got there. My husband and I were treated with the utmost respect for our decision to have the reversal. Dr. Monteith was caring and interested in my questions and thoughts. He even answered an email question I had prior to surgery over the weekend. This really spoke volumes to me that he knew that I would be awaiting an answer. I was amazed that he took the time to answer on a weekend. The nursing staff were very informative, helped me feel comfortable and my husband too.

I just want to say Thanks again to the Wonderful Dr. Monteith for making me whole again. There really is nothing I can say to fully express how I feel right now. I had my TR on the 28th, it is now the 30th and I have yet to feel any pain. Again, thank you so, so much and I will report a BFP as soon as it happens!

I believe my tubal reversal was performed in January 2007. Approximately, 3 months later I had a tubal pregnancy. My right tube became completely blocked and deformed, and there was a lot of adhesion. Approximately 1 year later, after unsuccessfully trying to conceive naturally, my husband and I tried artificial insemination to see if the one unblocked tube would work. When this didn’t work, the doctor recommended IVF. We became pregnant with triplets on our first try (now 9 months old).
MUCH to my surprise, my husband and I are now 6+ weeks pregnant, naturally. Although we are thoroughly surprised, we feel truly blessed and are thankful for all of the help that Dr. Berger and his staff provided. We also wanted to make sure that we shared our success story so that others don’t lose hope.

Good Morning Dr. Berger. I would like to inform you of the birth of our third TR baby!!! James William III “JT” was born last night at 11:30. He weighs 8 lbs 7 ozs and is 20 inches long!!! He is a beautiful baby boy with a head full of hair. I will send pictures as soon as we are home. Again I want to thank you for making it all possible!!

I was so incredibly shocked by our TR baby Number 3 that I am not sure if I let you know months ago that we are expecting yet again!! My first two TR babies were a miracle, but this one is even more so. My husband and I were all set, as we already have four children. I was on the pill and still ended up with baby number 5!! We will keep you posted as we are in labor right now as we speak!!
