Saturday, August 29th, 2009 I had a very successful TR with Dr. Berger, on 11/15/2001. I was 39 and 11 months. We found out we were pregnant on September 5, 2001 and I delivered a healthy baby girl (Jaqaiya) on 04/21/03 at the age of 41. I was hoping that our positive outcome would give hope to the other moms to be who are over the age of 40. Thanks for our precious little girl. She is a true blessing.

Saturday, August 8th, 2009 I was concerned with only the distance that I had to travel to arrive at the center, but upon arrival, with the care and concern of the staff, all my reservations fled out the window, and I would HIGHLY recommend CHTRC to anyone considering the TR procedure. Thank you again, staff and Dr. Berger for your incredible care!

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009 Hi Dr Berger,
My name is Carolyn. I was your 2nd TR patient last Tuesday morning. I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for giving me a chance to feel better. I am doing well and looking forward to enjoying my children to the fullest, instead of worrying about not feeling well. Already I feel “whole” again as a woman. I’m “put back together” again, and I know with time my physical symptoms from getting my tubes tied are going to get better too, and when we are ready we will try to conceive.
I will be in touch with my progress, and thanks again for all you do.

Monday, June 22nd, 2009 Dear Dr. Berger,
My family and I would like to extend a warm Thank you to you and your staff for allowing us again to have TR baby #2. Avasofia Isadora arrived June 12, 2009 at 8:52pm. weight 7pds 4 ounces and 18 1/2 inches long. We couldn’t be any happier and more excited this time around again! When I tell people of my TR, everyone stays in amazement that I ended up pregnant so fast right after the surgery and not only once, but twice with no fertility meds or anything. I tell them all the time that you and your staff are my miracle that allow me to have this wonderful second chance with my fiance who didn’t have children and wanted to start a family with myself and my older two kids. And when a Great Man comes along and you have a Doctor like you, who we hoped can help us and did, we would like to say “Thank you” from the bottom of our hearts.

Sunday, June 14th, 2009 Dr. Berger – The Lord has used you to put my body back the way it was meant to be, and He so graciously created new life in my barren womb. Thank You so much. This is baby #7 for us and we are so excited. It happened on the first try. God is so good. Thank You Dr. Berger for what You do.
By the way, I had the first 6 children by c-section. I expected the worst, and hoped for the best with my reversal surgery. The TR surgery went so well that I didn’t even have to take pain meds afterwards. I only felt a little sore. That was the worst. You are an awesome doctor. You have a great gift with your hands. Thank you for what You do. I told my doctor here in MI (he delivered all 6 of my kids) about you and he told me he would be sure to tell his patients about my situation.

Saturday, June 13th, 2009 Hello Dr. Berger,
My name is Lisa. I do not know if you remember me. I had my tubal reversal surgery on 5/21/09 and had my consult with you the day prior. During my consult, I had mentioned interest in possibly doing a blog for Chapel Hill and you had said that it would be OK, and to let you know. I was going to wait, but I decided I liked the idea of writing a blog about my journey on the road to having my TR done with you, and how I feel so soon after. I was hoping it was still OK, and if so, if it’s OK to mention the loss of my son, prior to having my TR done with you, and the struggles and decisions I went through, factoring into having the reversal and how I feel now.
I would be thrilled, no honored, to be able to do a blog on your site. I am still in a state where words could never express my gratitude toward you for helping make me feel like the future is a little brighter, a chance to possibly have another baby to give my angel possibly a baby sibling, and his big brother another sibling, but one here on earth. While I will never forget my angel and he will always remain my second child, and my heart… well, let’s just say, I hope that my angel likes the idea of maybe having a younger brother or sister to watch over! It is nothing short of a blessing and an honor, and that feeling that I feel, I owe all to you! I could not feel that without the surgery you performed my tubal reversal for me. Endless thank you’s to you and all your staff, I only wish there was something more I could do in order to show my sincere gratitude!
“An Angel, in the book of life, wrote down our baby’s birth. Then whispered as she closed the book, too beautiful for Earth.” – Unknown Author
“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.” -Helen Keller
“It was written in the book before ever being born
Both heaven and earth would have to mourn.” -ME
All my love and thanks,

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009 Dr. Berger – I thought you might like to see my ultrasound (it looks like I swallowed a diamond ring). The big circle is the gestation sac. The tiny circle is the yolk sac, and the part that looks like the stone of what I call the diamond ring is the baby and heartbeat. Of course, you can’t see the movement but I did!

Thanks to all my TR sisters for your prayers and Dr. Berger thanks for your dedication and great work and most of all Praise you and Thank you God for your blessing.

Sunday, May 24th, 2009 Dr. Berger – We had our TR on May 18th (4 days ago) and wanted to say thank you again for our wonderful experience with the whole TR surgery from start to finish at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center. We didn’t get a chance to properly thank you the wonderful job you did. I feel fine, no pain at all, and you did a beautiful job on the stitches. I believe that you told us my tubal length was 7 on both sides, so I believe that this is a good sign.
I know you’re a very busy miracle worker. I can’t rave enough about what you have done for us and what you continually do for other couples. I would love for you to add my comments on your satisfaction board. Thank you again for giving us hope to have a child. God Bless you and your wonderful staff. Once again, I hope to be updating you on our progress soon.
