Results from largest study of tubal reversal pregnancies and outcomes ever performed have just been reported. The report is from a prospective observational study of 3,139 patients who came from across the US and abroad to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center to have Dr. Berger repair their fallopian tubes during the years 2001 - 2005. The study interval ended December 31, 2006 - allowing for at least one year of follow-up after surgery. The overall pregnancy rate was 69%, ranging from 82% for women less than 30 to 41% for women age 40 or older.
