If your surgery will be performed in 2009 please make your hotel reservations with the Sheraton Hotel in Chapel Hill. If your surgery will be performed in 2010 please make your reservations at the Residence Inn Chapel Hill Hotel. You will find reservation information for both hotels below.

The Sheraton Hotel is less than 2 miles from Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center.

The Sheraton Hotel Chapel Hill offers our patients their lowest room rates, guaranteed room availability, and free shuttle service to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center as well as anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. Refrigerators and microwaves are available free of charge to our patients. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please request these items at check-in (quantities limited).

You can also reserve a room online. The corporate rate available to Dr. Berger's patients will automatically be entered for you in the "Set or corporate account number" box. Leave the other boxes (Promotion code, Special rate plan, and Travel agent number) blank. When you click on the Continue button, the various room types and rates will appear.

If you attempt to reserve your room online and it tells you that there are no rooms available at the Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel, do not worry. Rooms are held for our patients. If the rest of the hotel is full, however, these rooms are kept safe by not allowing them to be available online. Please call the Sheraton Hotel Chapel Hill directly at 919-968-4900 - identify yourself first as a "Tubal Reversal Patient", and then ask to speak to Andrea Lockwood or Sean Parker in order to make your reservation. Patients should be making their reservations as soon as they have scheduled their surgery with our facility. The Sheraton does not need payment to hold your room, so please go ahead and reserve it ASAP. If you are still having any problems, you may call our office to speak to one of our staff and we will help you.

As of January 1st, 2010 The Residence Inn Chapel Hill Hotel will be offering special rates to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center patients. Patients having surgery performed in 2010 will need to make their hotel reservations at the Residence Inn Chapel Hill Hotel.

The airport you will be flying into is Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The airport code is RDU. The airport is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from our facility.

Ground Transportation

Gwen Lilly with Red Carpet Coach offers discount transportation to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center patients. She will pick you up at the airport and bring you back when it is time for your departure. Arrange in advance for pick-up and to give flight information. Mention Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center for a round trip rate of $65 between the airport and hotel. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the Tubal Reversal Center and anywhere else within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
