Momzilla is the public display name of a member of the Tubal Reversal Message Board. She came to A Personal Choice seeking relief of symptoms that developed after she had undergone a tubal ligation. The first reported tubal sterilization using bipolar electrocoagulation was in 1972. With bipolar coagulation, the electrical current can be more precisely controlled resulting in less tubal damage than monopolar coagulation. Approximately 60- 70% of patients at A Personal Choice become pregnant after a reversal of a bipolar coagulation sterilization procedure.
