Our baby boy was finally confirmed in the uterus June 26, when I was about 7 weeks along. I had 3 prior vaginal ultrasounds due to severe pelvic pain. That’s actually how we found out we were pregnant! I went to ER with severe pelvic pain and I wasn’t far enough along then, but 2 days later I followed up with my OBGYN and he confirmed the pregnancy. Since the severe pelvic pain continued, and I was about 5 weeks along at that point, he kept checking via vaginal ultrasound every 2-3 days to make sure the baby was not implanted in one of my tubes. Thankfully he wasn’t and now I am 14 weeks along and so far everyone is healthy.
The severe pelvic pain has subsided and all my OB could tell me was it was ligament pain and pain resulting from my pelvis area stretching. I will continue to send updates as I have them.
