We are happy to announce the birth of our adorable little princess J’Liannie who was born March 7th, 2013 at 7 pound 6 ounces and 21 inches!
I want to thank Dr. Monteith for his amazing job and for making our dream come true after 15 years! Also I am thankful for the great staff all around him for the support they gave me! It was a month after my surgery that I got a positive pregnancy test! It was a very happy but tearful and emotional moment. Thank you lord!

After 15 Years I though I was all set raising 3 kids ages 21, 18, and 15 and at my age 37 it wasn’t possible to start all over or even have my tubes reversed.
My friend referred me to A Personal Choice after having it done and a positive pregnancy one month after her surgery I couldn’t believe it! My fiance and I spoke about adding another addition to the family would be a great idea. I called and on April 16, 2012 I had my tubes reversed by Dr. Monteith and on July 9th, 2012 I had a positive pregnancy!
My precious daughter J’Liannie was born on March 7, 2013. I want to thank Dr. Monteith for his amazing job and all his wonderful staff!
