Here is what to expect for next steps:

1. One of our wonderful nurses will be call you within 48 hours (or 72 if it is a weekend)
2. After reviewing your medical history, you will be asked to sign and RPA contract and contribute a non-refundable $500 payment to open your account (this $500 is later applied to your surgery payment so you won’t lose anything!). This will lock-in your price for the next 3 years.
3. You can make additional contributions to your account as frequently as you would like directly through our website (a link will be provided when you complete the account opening)
4. You will have 3 years to save up and schedule your procedure.
