"I would just like to thank everyone for making my surgery as 'least painful' as possible. What a 'well-oiled piece of machinery' Dr. Berger has at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center! You could probably all do your work with your eyes closed, but you definitely went out of your way to ensure that I felt as if I were your only patient! It was not an attitude of 'Yeh, we have done this lots of times and you're now patient #5500' - you guys treated me as if I were #1. I know I picked the right place to have my TR done. Thanks for caring so much! Dr. B, a special thanks to you for caring so much to put your patients first! You will always have a special place in my heart."

I could truly turn this into one lonnnnnng post.

I'd love to go on and on about how wonderful Dr Berger and his staff treated me. They were extremely professional and so very sweet and kind. I had read about their way...but until you experience it, you can not believe how different these people are from others in the medical community. I know they are a "specialty" but I have worked with doctors and their staff through my work (Physician Recruiter) and they have surpassed and exceeded any expectations.

From my initial visit with Patty...to the care in recovery from Rachel... I was treated wonderfully and was not in any pain at all. Pain management was very important to them.. they numb you for IVs.. I was comfortable right when I awoke from surgery... and I received ample pain meds to take with me. I'm amazed at how wonderful I feel...still! Thank you so much Jennifer for all the time you spent initially with me on the phone... Patty.. for your patience and kindness at my consult.. and Rachel and Lisa for your care before and after surgery. Sally.. you are a doll.. and I thank you for coming to see me at the hotel. I thank everyone who was involved in some way with me and my Mother while at Dr. Berger's. You were all so incredible...

Dr. Berger... I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You're a wonderful doctor but you also have a kind heart and a true passion to help women. I'm glad you were my doctor. I'm glad I got to meet such a special man.

Well, now that I have my thank you's accounted for. I want to tell you how excited we are.. I got 3.5 on one side and 5 on the other. We are very happy with this and will be trying for baby in July... We are over the moon happy! We're so thankful we even have a chance, now... Hope it happens soon..as I am 39..

I'll be hanging around and watching all your progress. I got to meet a couple of the girls at the Sheraton and I'm looking forward to keeping in touch with them, too. Good luck to all! If you haven't had your TR, yet...rest assured.. you've found the right place!

Deb, congrats and welcome back to being whole!!

You have the same lengths that I have - and though I've not gotten a bfp yet, I still have hope.

Congrats on a great TR experience. Your post just makes me even MORE excited that I'll be in Chapel Hill - at the center - two weeks from this moment. I know it's odd but I almost feel glad I had my TL and that this reversal is part of our journey for a baby...I don't mean to make light of anyone's regrets but for me, this feels just so right.
