Dr. Berger is Pro-Woman
Tubal Reversal Message Board » After Tubal Reversal » "Dr Berger is pro-woman"
Many women regret sterilization performed during a previous marriage. This is especially true in the case of an abusive relationship. Fortunately, tubal reversal surgery gives remarried couples a second chance to have a baby together. After having her tubal ligation reversed, message board member Sarah G. describes her experience at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center and recognition that Dr. Berger is pro-woman. As on the Message Board, the order of posts reading down from top to bottom of the page is from the most recent to the original message.

| Kris S. | Amen Sarah...your words hit the nail on the head. I, too, was thrilled with my visit to Chapel Hill. | |
| hopeann | Sarah, I agree with all your kind words about everyone at Chapel Hill and the surroundings they provide. I had my TL because I was in a physically abusive relationship and thought I would not leave. Well, I did and married a kind man. I was embarrassed about what had happen to me and what I had done, but from the moment we were greeted at the front door I felt at ease. I am greatful for the opportunity to have children with a loving man. I was also glad to have that peaceful time with no TV. I hope all goes well. Hope Me 36 DH 33 TL 1996 TR 1/20/05 R 7 L 7 | |
| Julia S., RN | Thank you for your nice remarks, Sarah. I truly believe our staff reflects the qualities Dr. Berger expects from the nurses, technicians, and anesthesia team who will be caring for his patients. His philosophy has always been to exceed the standard of care to provide the best care possible. Although we limit out surgery schedule to four patients each day, we have nine registered nurses and four surgical technicians available so that each person receives one-on-one attention. Exceptional training and education aside (each nurse is ACLS certified and many of our surgical technicians have degrees in surgical technology), I think we have the most compassionate, professional, and supportive staff anywhere and I am very proud to work with each of them every day. So…thank you so much for the wonderful compliment and comments. You are right…it is a very pro-female place to work! With only three men in the building, however, I am sure they occasionally wish for a bit more testosterone! | |
| 1moretime | I am scheduled for surgery on April 4 and I can honestly say, I look forward to meeting all of the staff. If the messages on this board have any bearing on how they treat their patients, I'm sure I will be pleased. I wish you all a Happy Easter and many miracles. | |
