After tubal ligation reversal surgery, pregnancy can occur naturally at any time. Although most couples who come to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center are eager to have just one child following their procedure, we are seeing many couples having two -- and even three -- more babies after undergoing tubal ligation reversal surgery with Dr. Berger.
