Katharine A. Member # 6315	Kerry, I am glad you gained hope from my post...you should have plenty of it, for good reason. I have a long academic and career history in healthcare (nationally and abroad). As a result, finding my TR M.D. was something I took extremely seriously, as this would be my one and only chance for more children. I researched every doc I could in the U.S. and some abroad for 9 months. Basically, I researched from the top down starting with the inventor of microsurgical technique for TR's in Belgium. Then I researched and did background checks on all the U.S. doc's who were trained directly under him. Doc B was one of them. That's how I ended up doing the surgery in the states. I absolutely would have traveled to Europe for the TR if that's what I had to do, to find the best pair of hands. But after researching the doc's here in the states, I felt confident in Doc B's education, residency, and post graduate training, years of experience, and present outcome measurements and decided to go with him for the TR. I have never regretted my decision. I don't believe you'll regret it either. He is the best tubal reversal doctor. Baby dust storm to you! KerryBear Member # 6423	Dear Katherine: I appreciate your post. I am hyper-vigilent about my TR. I am going into it blind. All I know is that 1.8cm were biopsied afterward, and were healthy. My doc is deceased and the hospital records DO NOT include operative notes. I will be having my TR in March '05. Thanks for the hope, and CONGRATULATIONS on the up and coming miracle! Katharine A. Member # 6315	Were your ears burning? A quick note to let you know what my doctor said about you. As, you may recall I have recently discovered I am pregnant. At this time I am just over 6 weeks along and everthing looks good so far. "Considering how extremely small and fragile the fallopian tubes are and that your surgeon was able to reconnect them, which resulted in two pregnancies, indicates that he is an extremely skilled surgeon. Successfully reconnecting the tubes without scar tissue is not an easy achievement." You have an amazing gift, skill, and talent Doc B.
