Instead, we decided to offer one free surgery for any person who schedules and completes surgery during the months of November or December in 2025.

We are extremely excited about our giveaway. All the action will occur on TikTok and we officially created our A Personal Choice TikTok pages for this remarkable event!
Anyone can participate if they are having surgery during November or December of 2025. All they need to do is create a TikTok video about their reversal surgery experience with A Personal Choice.
To be eligible for the giveaway patients will need to do the following:
- Schedule and complete surgery in either November or December of 2025
- Pay in full for surgery
- Once your surgery is scheduled create a TikTok video with the following 3 hashtags #HarrisHolidayGiveaway #TubalReversal #APersonalChoice
- Mention why reversal surgery at A Personal Choice is important
It is simple….the video with the most likes win!
The winner will be selected on Friday December 19th. The winner will then be sent a refund check for their surgery fee!
The winner will also need to give permission to share their video on TikTok, A Personal Choice website, and other social media sites.
Steps to entering the Harris Holiday Giveaway
Anyone having surgery during the months of November and December of 2025 is eligible to enter. The contest is open to all patients of A Personal Choice having tubal reversal, Essure reversal, or vasectomy reversal.
All you need to do to enter the contest is the following:
- Schedule and pay for surgery
- As soon as you are scheduled you can create your video
- Make sure you discuss why having reversal surgery at A Personal Choice is important to yo
- Make sure you use the following hashtags: #APersonalChoice #tubalreversal #HarrisHolidayGiveaway
- Make sure you use your name so we can identify the winner
- Get as many likes for your video as you can!
The winner will be selected on December 19th 2025. The video with the most likes will win.
The winner will be contacted and mailed a refund check of their surgery fee. Please keep in mind the screening laparoscopy fee is not refundable.
The winner will have to agree to allow the video to be shared on the A Personal Choice website, TikTok, and other social media sites.
