Advance Care Card: This is a unique medical funding plan. You can apply for the card on our website. Once you get the card it acts just like a credit card. One of the cool things about this plan is you can use your Advance Care Card for almost any other purchases like the cost of travel, hotel, food, gas, or prescription medications. It really acts just like a credit card.
My Medical Funding: This is a direct patient loan. If you want tubal reversal surgery (or vasectomy reversal or Essure reversal surgery) at our office you can apply for this funding. If you are approved the money is sent directly to your bank account to be used directly by you. This is really more of a loan program to help pay for medical expenses.

CareCredit: CareCredit is a giant in the field of medical financing. CareCredit is so well known that this medical financing is accepted at a wide variety of offices from medical offices, to dental office, to cosmetic surgery offices, and even veterinary offices. CareCredit can be used at your discretion to pay for any health care related expense…even massage or chiropractic treatments.

CareCredit offers several unique ways to pay for reversal surgery. The specific CareCredit plan you use depends on the doctor accepting the CareCredit. In many ways the doctor’s office you use determines the type of CareCredit plan you can use to pay for your tubal reversal surgery.
How can I use CareCredit for tubal reversal surgery?
The first step is you must qualify for CareCredit financing. To do this you would go directly to their website and apply for CareCredit funding. The approval process is easy to do on-line and you should get an answer within ten (10) business days…and perhaps even quicker than ten days.
Step 1. Apply Directly to CareCredit to open an account
If you are approved they will mail you a CareCredit card you can use to pay for your surgery.
Please keep in mind you may have to have a decent credit rating to apply.
These companies dont want to take unnecessary risks by giving money to someone who is not going to pay them back.
One way you can increase your chances of getting approved is to have a co-signor with a strong credit rating.
Once you are approved then they will mail you a CareCredit card.
Once the card has been received and is in your possession then you need to activate it. You can then get started with scheduling your reversal surgery.
How do I schedule surgery using CareCredit?
The surgery scheduling process is easy. All you need to do is go to our website and start answering your scheduling questions. You would then have to pay a small scheduling fee with a credit card to submit your scheduling questionnaire.
Step 2. Answer the scheduling questions on our website and pay the scheduling fee
You will need to use a regular credit card to pay the scheduling fee. The CareCredit card cannot be used to pay the scheduling fee.
Once you submit the questionnaire and pay the scheduling fee a nurse will call you to start scheduling your reversal surgery.
During your scheduling you will need to let the nurse know you are paying for surgery using CareCredit.
Paying For Surgery With CareCredit
You will then be able to pay your surgery using your CareCredit card.
Step 3. Use your CareCredit card to pay for your surgery
After schooling with our nurses, you would use your new CareCredit Card to pay for reversal surgery just like you would if you were using a regular credit card.
You will need to let them know if you are paying the full amount using CareCredit or a partial amount.
The nurses will email your surgery authorization forms. One of these forms will be a credit card form. Although CareCredit is not technically a credit card you would use our credit card form to authorize a charge to your CareCredit account. This has to be done by one of our staff members using our direct accent to an on-line CareCredit web portal.
Since CareCredit is not a credit card you can avoid credit card processing fees.
If you are paying your entire surgery with CareCredit, your surgery will be paid for once you return the authorization form.
If you are paying a partial amount with CareCredit, you will be required to send the partial amount as a wire transfer or credit card charge as soon as your scheduling has been completed.
