I can honestly say that this entire process, from start to finish, has been the best medical-related experience I have ever had. I spoke to various members of the staff over the phone before the surgery and everyone was patient, kind, and able to answer all my questions… even when I asked the same questions over and over. When I arrived, and during my treatment, everyone knew my name as well as the person who attended with me. Every aspect of the surgery and post-op care was covered in a caring and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was very positive and attentive, which is unlike most medical personnel I’ve experienced. I had very little pain and was back to my “normal” routine when I got home (minus the lifting), which was EXTREMELY important to me considering I have two small children at home who never slow down. The next step for us is to move forward and hopefully get good news of a successful pregnancy sometime within the next year or so! Totally worth the 10 hour drive there and back!
