Got our BFP on the first cycle we tried! Going for a scan this week to see if implantation is in a proper place : ) I can’t believe it! all I did was chart my bbt’s and we started prenatal pills and B-complexes! and of course sunlight, exercise, and rest : ) NO stress, no soda, lots a water : ) I cant begin to thank you enough Dr Berger and your staff! Whether this first one pans out or not, I know we can conceive.
