Complaint About Dr Monteith Or A Personal Choice
Dr. Monteith and the staff of A Personal Choice are dedicated to making each patient’s tubal reversal experience positive. They hope most patients will not have a complaint about Dr Monteith or their experience at the reversal center.
The attention to care starts when patients call the center. Phone calls are answered promptly, they don’t have an automated answering system, and the staff take the time to answer all questions.
The surgical center policies of Dr Monteith exist to insure each patient has a timely, efficient, and safe surgical experience.
The hotels are accommodating, close to Dr Monteith’s office, and provide private car transportation between his office and the hotel.
When you arrive at the center you will feel as if you are the only patient and each staff person will spend the time with you that you deserve. The staff attempts to minimize wait time and keep your visit efficient.
During surgery they take all steps to insure your comfort. During your postoperative consultation, the staff and Dr Monteith will make sure all your questions are answered. You will also be given a copy of your operative note and a letter of recommendations written by Dr Monteith to help your local doctor provide better care after tubal reversal surgery. The staff will also call you when you return home to check on you and make sure you are on the path to recovery.
Although they realize they will not be able to make 100% of patients happy, the staff does take the time to try and make each patient feel special and unique.
