I just want to thank the entire staff at A Personal Choice. I never thought that I would be able to have another child, Dr. Monteith changed all of that! We can’t believe it happened so quickly just 3 months after surgery. We can’t tell you enough how great-full we are that we found you.

I just wanted to inform you of our findings by ultrasound. We definitely have a baby in the uterus!! We got to hear the heartbeat which was amazing. Due date is May 22, 2010. We can’t ever thank you enough for giving us this gift.
