Dr. Monteith, My period is was not due until 4/5 but I was feeling very queasy Sunday during the day and decided, just for fun, I would take a test it came back positive! I couldn’t believe my eyes! In less than a month after surgery I am pregnant! I went to my doctor and he also confirmed the pregnancy.
Update 13th April, 2012
Ranjit and I are happy to tell you our newly forming baby is in the uterus! I received an early positive on 4/1 and had my first hCG done on 4/5. My numbers are as follows… 4/5 hCG 311, 4/9 hCG 1500, 4/12 hCG 6467 along with ultrasound done the gestation sac was seen in the uterus today!! I am 5 weeks and one day!!!
Thank you again!! We were not expecting it to happen so fast but we figured we would just give it a shot and see what happens!! I even had two of the nurses from my doctors office asked me where I received the surgery and both of them expressed their regret on getting a tubal ligation. One of the nurses I spoke with is making plans to come see you next year to have her reversal done with you as well!! We are due December 13th. Thank you for being a hand with God and bringing this precious gift into our lives… we will keep you guys at Chapel Hill posted!
Thank you guys so much for this miracle!! I feel like a woman again.
