This started out as a confusing day, but ended on a high. I’ve been charting my temp ever since by tubal reversal. Today was the day I could have started my period… but my temp went up! I didn’t want to get my hopes up, but couldn’t really help it, since this was different than the past 8 cycles. I took a HPT when I woke up and it was negative. Needless to say, I was disappointed and confused. I analyzed all of my prior charts and this one clearly had a different pattern, temps rising over the past three days, rather than dipping. I couldn’t stop thinking about it all day. So I took another test when I got home from work and it was a BFP!!!
We are really excited, but a little nervous, too. This is our first pregnancy. Dr. Monteith, Thank you so much!!! I’ll be calling my OB first thing Monday morning to start the blood work. Praying for a precious, healthy miracle!
