My husband and I were made to feel at ease and as if we had walked in to a meeting with old friends. Everything was explained very well and we were never left alone for too long to be nervous or wonder what was going on.
The procedure went without a hitch and hubby says he was informed the whole way through. When I needed more information or had concerns everyone jumped at the chance to help.
Dr. Monteith himself was in communication with me well after surgery. We were very well cared for and the hospitality we were shown was amazing.
We can’t wait to be able to inform everyone of a new addition to our family.
