Date of Tubal Reversal: 07/13/2010
Date of Pregnancy Test: 11/03/2012
Ligation Type: Coagulation (burned)
Due Date: 07/17/2013
Remarks: My husband and I would like to thank Dr. Berger for the opportunity to have children together. So many physician’s explained that the reversal was not as successful as IVF. I’m here to say this was completely not the truth. We were pregnant with our first TR baby 3 months after the surgery. Then, with our second TR baby we became pregnant pretty quick after deciding we were ready for another.

Date of Pregnancy Test: February 24, 2013
Ligation Type: Coagulation (burned)
Due Date: November 4, 2013
Remarks: On January 14, 2013 my surgery resulted in the repair of one tube at 3.5 cm in length. We began trying as soon as my next ovulation and got 2 positive pregnancy tests on February 23rd and 24th according to E.P.T (early pregnancy testing) hadn’t missed my period yet it was due March 2nd. Began very light spotting on the 24th right after the pregnancy test which we assumed (implantation) with no major concerned because it was still very early so we made an appointment for Thurs the 28th but on the morning of the 27th (today) I suddenly started bleeding heavily so I went to the E.R. there was no hCG in the blood test. I kept my appointment with the OB/GYN and I’ll be going there in the morning.

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Date of Tubal Reversal: 09/08/2012
Date of Pregnancy Test: 02/14/2013
Ligation Type: Tubal clips (clamps)
Due Date: 10/22/2013
Remarks: I couldn’t get the info to you in less then 1000 characters. 3 Pos HPT, unable to get the nurse to listen to risk factors after hCG finally ordered and needing u/s. By the time ordered being rushed to ER with ruptured tube, internal bleeding nearly died. I tried multiple times to get in but because I was UN-symptomatic it was not urgent. Loss of R tube and pregnancy, hopefully will try again later this year.

Remarks: My OB did the hCG monitoring from 4 weeks, the day after my positive pregnancy test, and everything is progressing well. I had a six week ultrasound which confirmed the pregnancy was not tubal and the heartbeat was detected. I go back on 3/4/13 for my 10 week ultrasound. So far, so good! We feel so blessed to be a patient of Dr. Berger!!! I will be delivering almost 1 year to the date of my surgery. What a miracle! We feel so fortunate that we got pregnant on our 3rd cycle! Thank you Dr. Berger!!! We will send pictures and provide an update in September.

Healthy 9lb baby boy now only 6 months after that we re now having our second child together and we are beyond excited how easily I’ve gotten pregnant this surgery was a blessing… I was worried because I had my tubes tied 11 years prior to the reversal surgery so of ourselves I was skeptical about it but it worked so well it hasn’t even been 2 years since my surgery & already expecting another miracle!!!

Date of Pregnancy Test: 08/24/2012
Ligation Type: Tubal rings (bands)
Due Date:
Remarks: Hello,
I wanted to touch base with you as I promised I would. On 8/24/12 I tested positive (3 at home test). On 8/29/12 went in to see my doctor. As I was in route I got my period. The doctor said I was having an early miscarriage “blighted ovum”. What was interesting was that when he tested me with a regular pregnancy test it came up negative. He checked me and said that my uterus was enlarged. He followed it with blood work and called me the next day and said that my hCG level was 10. I didn’t have the heart to say I had already passed the tissue that morning. Sorry I waited so long to give you all feedback. I was very sad. I feeling better now and looking forward to a larger family. If you have any suggestions on things I can do to increase my chances I would appreciate the info.
