Our first TR baby was conceived just weeks after the reversal surgery in 2009. We’d hoped to have a repeat experience after she turned 1; however, we found it was more difficult conceiving the second time. Once we finally had our BFP I went on to have a uterine m/c. Our second BFP also resulted in uterine m/c.
I began Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. On the 3rd cycle I was overjoyed to have a BFP. My betas were high and our U/S showed TWINS with strong heartbeats. Our spirits were dashed a few weeks later when a 10 week u/s revealed we’d lost one of our precious children.
Katriel Summer joined our family 2/24/13, five days late. She is a joy and a tremendous blessing to our family.
