At 17 DPO my HCG was 408 and at 20 DPO my HCG was 1869. With my one successful TR baby in 2010, and my two recent uterine miscarriages, my OB/GYN and I were both comfortable suspending further blood draws. We together opted to wait until I was approximately 7 weeks along to do an U/S. I had that U/S today at 6w/6d and was blessed to see fraternal twins, each with a fetal pole, yolk sac, and heart rates that measured 118 and 124. I wish those numbers were higher but the sonographer encouraged me to not be fearful. I will see my doctor again on 7/5.
