Free Reversal Contest: Entering is easy!
Each year contest entries will be accepted from January 1st to September. You are only allowed to enter once per year but you can enter every year if you don’t win the first time. A committee will meet and select up to four (4) winners every year. Winners will be notified by email by early October and winners must be able to come for surgery on the selected dates in December.
To enter the contest, all you need to do is watch two videos (these videos are found on the contest entry website page) and answer the contest entry questions (the link to the contest enrollment can be found at the bottom of this page).
The videos will help you better learn about the success of tubal reversal surgery and learn about who Dr. Monteith really is. Within the videos are two clues (don’t worry its not that hard) and you will find the answers to the first two contest questions within the video.
Once your on-line entry form is submitted then all you have to do is sit back and wait to be contacted!
