The newly moved A Personal Choice has been christened in a wonderful way by a previous reversal patient: Geraldine, her tubal reversal baby, and her wonderful family.
We moved into our new surgical facility located at 3613 Haworth Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina on December 23, 2013.
Currently we are in our ‘moving uniforms’ and are busy with finishing cosmetic improvements to the facility and moving staff into new offices.
While we were moving a previous tubal reversal patient Geraldine contacted us and wanted to visit.
She was traveling from Florida to visit friends in the Raleigh area and, as so many of our patients do, she asked if she could stop by and introduce us to her new tubal reversal baby.
Although we are extremely busy opening boxes and moving items around, we are never too busy to spend time with a wonderful family who want to share their joy with us.
Without hesitation we told her to stop by!
Tubal reversal in Florida: Not exactly
Geraldine lives in Stuart, Florida. She and her husband Jose came to our previous location for tubal ligation reversal surgery in April 2011.
Geraldine had an unknown type of tubal ligation and she did not have her operative note.
She thought she had tubal rings but during her tubal ligation surgery we did not find tubal rings on her fallopian tubes.
Her surgery lasted 53 minutes exactly and she only lost 10 ml or 2 teaspoons of blood during her entire surgery. Her tubal lengths were 5 cm and 4.5 cm.
Geraldine became pregnant 4 months after her tubal reversal surgery.
Her pregnancy was a success and she submitted a birth testimonial: Reverse Tubal Operation: Makes Moms Mothers Again.
We welcomed Geraldine and her family. We showed them around and took photos with her and her family.
Tubal reversal and reversal of regret and remorse
Many of our surgery patients will send us messages of appreciation and I am sure there are many out there who have benefited from our treatment but who have not had the time to reach out to us.
We feel we are the best place to have tubal reversal surgery. I promise you will not see this much insight from other providers of tubal reversal surgery: to understand how well we comprehend the impact tubal ligation and tubal reversal can have upon our patient’s lives continue to read carefully about the depth of our understanding. Tubal reversal will not work for every woman who has the surgery, but it will work for most. The surgery allows women to become pregnant again naturally, avoid in-vitro fertilization, or offers an alternative if in-vitro does not work.
The surgery helps some to evaluate and possibly treat abnormal symptoms they have experienced after their tubal ligation and for others it is a simple step to relieve regret or erase remorse about a bad decision made at a bad time in their lives.
It offers hope to many couples that have been told that they have no hope. Many women have been shunned by providers of IVF and told they are too old to get pregnant, their AMH is too low, their FSH is too high, but reversal allows a chance of pregnancy for any woman who has regular periods.
Even if a person is over 45 a small chance each month added up over many months will provide a greater chance than will a single cycle of IVF.
Many patients will have tubal reversal to become pregnant but many have no intention of becoming pregnant. We often get messages from patients who never became pregnant but express to us the tremendous sense of relief they have felt with the hope it could happen or because they undid something they were told was permanent.
We are thankful we can help those in need and we appreciate the many positive tubal reversal Facebook posts, individual email messages, Patient Satisfaction Messages, phone calls of thanks, and Pregnancy Testimonials.
Tubal reversal Raleigh North Carolina
Often patients will stop by as they travel through North Carolina and they will visit the center. They will bring with them the fruits of their success, which they have been able to cultivate because of their trust in our abilities.
I think it very appropriate that this first patient to see the new tubal reversal center was a previous patient who had benefited greatly from tubal reversal surgery performed at the old tubal reversal facility.
