Confirmed twin pregnancy by 2 sonos. Identical Mo-Di pregnancy. My first hcg was 7600 and they did a transvaginal US and confirmed a twin IUP. A follow-up sono showed 2 amnio sacs, 2 yolk sacs, two poles and two heartbeats.
