All of the nurses answered my questions before, during, and after the reversal surgery very patiently and thoroughly. It meant a great deal to me that all of my phone inquiries, even before we scheduled anything, were answered promptly.
My husband was extremely nervous and anxious when we came in for a consultation. He often comes across as simply angry when he feels this way. The nurses all remained professional and kind towards him and eased some of his fears. This in turn made it better for me! Dr. Berger spoke to my husband privately and assured him that I would be well cared for; this really went a long way for both of us. He personally spoke to my husband immediately after the procedure also. This personal touch made us feel completely respected and valued. Everyone was able to validate our concerns and still address them throughout the entire process.
We were given hope and a chance — but not false hope – when other doctors in NJ made us feel that it was hopeless. We appreciate everyone we came in contact with at A Personal Choice during this journey.
