We just found out that we are expecting our 5th child (second post TR surgery). I only had two periods since my last baby due to breastfeeding (she is 16 months old). We were not trying to conceive. My 2 last pregnancies post TR were both “one shot wonders” with only one “marital relations” during my fertile time.
