Is vasectomy painless?
Many of Dr. Monteith’s patients are not aware that on Friday he dedicates his time to performing vasectomy! Vasectomy is not painless…but it can be minimally painful!
Monday through Thursday Dr. Monteith performs tubal ligation reversal, Essure reversal, Essure removal, and vasectomy reversal for patients who travel from across the United States.
On Fridays Dr. Monteith performs His Choice No Cut, No-needle, No-scalpel Vasectomy.
Patients travel from across the North Carolina and from Virginia and South Carolina because of the type of vasectomy performed by Dr. Monteith.
Although vasectomy is not painless…a vasectomy can be performed with a minimal amount of discomfort. No-needle anesthesia is provides quick and instantaneous delivery of anesthetic using a hand-held air injector. A No-scalpel opening is used to spread a small opening no larger than a piece of “Tic Tac” candy. If the lower end is left open then it can minimize the amount of after vasectomy pain a patient can experience as they recover from their vasectomy procedure.
Dr. Monteith is the only doctor in the state of North Carolina who offers patients the option of having No-needle, No-scalpel vasectomy during a single office visit and the option of returning the after vasectomy semen sample by mail.
