Mediah came to our A Personal Choice, formerly Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center, for tubal ligation reversal. She wanted another baby but also to evaluate and possibly treat her symptoms after her tubal ligation. Her story testify’s to her faith in God, her personal conviction, and her desire to have a successful tubal reversal surgery.

Mediah was a patient when we were in our previous location in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Since Mediah has completed her surgery we have moved from Chapel Hill To Raleigh North Carolina and we have changed our name from Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center to A Personal Choice Tubal Ligation Reversal.
