Dr. Monteith
On our 3rd cycle my hubby and I got pregnant!!!! Just 3 months!
I was sure we were out this month, but no…two lines later here we are. I just want to thank God and Dr. Monteith and his staff for allowing my husband and I to conceive another child after unfortunately making such a permanent, and life long decision at such a young age.
I truly feel Dr. Monteith is a miracle worker. Thank you all so much.

We had tubal reversal surgery in May 2014 and are already expecting! (only 2 ovulation cycles). I am due May 2015. Our first doctors appointment with the OBGYN is scheduled and we are over the moon with joy!
The entire staff at A Personal Choice are so warm and comforting. The fear of surgery is quickly turned into positivity & support!
