I am 44 years old in 4 days and just had a positive HPT test, 2 months after previous m/c and d/c. (Had a d/c two weeks later after a 7 week ultrasound showed no heartbeat and impending miscarriage). My wonderful positive OB said my time would come and everything looked normal after d/c. 2 cycles later, with only one 6 mm tube working… bedding only twice (busy schedule LOL!) Here we go again!
Dr. Berger, I’m old… I don’t have alot of time! LOL! If it’s meant to be, it will be. Going in to this, back last year when I first met you…. I knew what I was getting into. Your website and knowledge let me know the reality of it working… and as you said, we can only open the gateway.. .now it is up to someone else!
My miscarriage was disappointing, because as soon as you see the HPT you are in… all in! My life experience of losing my 17 year old daughter unexpected three years ago, has given me a huge faith as well as an appreciation for all three of children I am already blessed to have had. I have a new found appreciation of the ability to conceive my first three so easy and also realize how hard it must be for women who never get to experience creating life.
If this baby is meant to be, it will be. I can’t thank you and your staff enough for allowing my husband and myself the opportunity to try to create new life! Keep trying everyone and remember that if it is in God’s plan, it will be.
